What to Expect As An Agent

Reservations are calls from customers Members that wish to make reservations for Lodging, Tickets, Air, Packages, or asking a general question about those areas.

Dining Reservations will involve taking calls from customers wishing to make reservations for Dining, Children’s Activities and Cirque du Soleil performances.

Mainline serves as the transfer hub and information line primarily for customers or anyone within the property needing information or needs a call

transferred to another department for Disney information. Calls vary from requests to housekeeping, to confirming hours of operation, to inquiries about packages, pets, etc.

Mainline also manages some calls for other parts of the company including corporate offices, and television stations.

Equipment Requirements

PC Requirements:

Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel " i " class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.

64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.

4 GB of RAM or better

USB VoIP Headset.

Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or Windows 10

Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

MAC Requirements:

Macs must have an Ethernet port

Mac Book Air and Mac USB-C ports will not be supported

Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows (Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10) MUST be installed. Please note that Arise Technical Support WILL NOT be able to provide assistance with the installation of Boot Camp and/or Windows or any questions related to it.

64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.

4 GB of RAM or better

Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

Available Hours

365 days per year

7:00 am -11:00 pm EST

Client requests agents service 20 hours per week, (7.5 hours) required on a Saturday or Sunday or a combination of both.

Starting Pay: $11.00 per hour (Reservations and Dining)            $11.00 per hour (Mainline)
